  3. Links to non-partner and non-affiliate Third Party Websites. The Company Website may provide links to third party websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the Company Website. Company does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from those of Company. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by the Company Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party company before submitting your personal information. Some third-party companies may choose to share their personal data with Company; that sharing is governed by that third-party’s privacy policy.
  4. Information We Collect. This Privacy Policy covers personal and non-personal information.
    1. Personal information. Personal information is information that is associated with your name or personal identity. Company uses personal information to understand better your needs and interests and to provide you with better service. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured it will be used only to support your relationship with Company. We take seriously the trust you place in us. Company will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages may include name, address, phone number, e-mail address, user IDs and passwords, billing and transaction information, credit card information, contact preferences, educational and employment background, and job interest data. Most non-personal data is collected via cookies, log files, clear gifs, and or other analysis technologies.       3. Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs). We do not employ a software technology called clear gifs (web beacons/web bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users.

5 Do Not Track. Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference users can set if they do not want web services to collect information about their online activity. There is currently no universal standard for sending and receiving DNT signals. Due to lack of standards, we do not monitor or respond to DNT signals at this time. We do not allow third parties to collect your information while you are on our site.

  1. Children’s Privacy. Company does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and Company does not target its website to children under 13.     3. Newsletter. If a user wishes to subscribe to any newsletter or publication we offer, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. Out of respect for our users privacy we provide a way to opt-out of these communications.
    4. Service Announcements. On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we may send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.
    5. Surveys and Contests. From time-to-time our site may request information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site, Company and its services.
